Infacsys by IntelFactor
Terms of Service
Effective October 30, 2026 · IntelFactor Systems LLC
1. The service and your agreement
These terms govern use of Infacsys at app.infacsys.com, operated by IntelFactor Systems LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind that business. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. A separately signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Infacsys researches business inputs and public sources, identifies potential prospects or suppliers, and prepares drafts for human review. Some features are pilots, invite-only or unavailable. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Contact tony@intelfactor.ai for support, billing questions or legal inquiries.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Provide accurate account information and protect access to your email and Google account. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Workspace owners and admins manage invitations and permissions; people with access to a shared workspace can see its content according to their role.
Signing in with Google does not create an entitlement to a new preview, trial or subscription. Linking Google to an existing account requires the account authentication and linking checks in the product.
3. Human review and limits of AI output
AI results may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated, even when a source is cited. Review source pages, company identity, contact details, product claims and draft wording before relying on them. A prospect listing is not a recommendation, an endorsement, a verified lead or a guarantee of a reply or sale.
Supplier shortlists distinguish suppliers' own claims, statements by other sources and unknown information. A fit rating or cited certification is not an independent factory audit, quality certification, credit check or guarantee of capability. Arrange any necessary professional review or independent verification before buying or making commitments.
Infacsys does not send seller outreach emails. Approving a draft locks that version as ready to copy or download; you decide whether and how to send it. RFQ drafts are for review and editing, and do not show that a supplier has been contacted. A request for IntelFactor sourcing assistance may involve supplier contact only within the scope you authorize; any separately paid work requires an agreed scope and price.
4. Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in content you provide. You give IntelFactor permission to store, process and share that content with the service providers needed to operate the features you request. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide it. Do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials or payment-card data in research inputs.
Do not use Infacsys for unlawful activity, deceptive claims, spam, harassment or unauthorized access; bypass usage or payment controls; interfere with the service; or infringe another person's rights. You are responsible for your outreach and for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, anti-spam, intellectual-property and purchasing rules. Access to public information does not itself authorize every use of that information.
5. Subscriptions, trials and cancellation
The product and Stripe Checkout show the applicable price, currency, billing interval, any trial, taxes and payment terms before purchase. A trial may require a payment method and convert to the paid recurring subscription shown at checkout unless canceled before the trial ends. Paid subscriptions renew on the disclosed interval until canceled. Trial eligibility and usage limits apply to the account and workspace as described in the product; repeated signups do not create additional trial eligibility.
Authorized workspace owners or admins can open the Stripe billing portal from the product to manage payment information and cancellation, or contact tony@intelfactor.ai for help. The portal shows the effective cancellation date and remaining access. Signing out, revoking Google access, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.
Contact us about an incorrect charge or a refund request. These terms do not remove mandatory refund, cancellation or other rights under applicable law. We do not promise a refund or service credit unless required by law or separately agreed. Future pricing changes will be communicated before they apply to an existing subscription as required by law.
6. Ownership and third-party services
IntelFactor and its licensors retain rights in the service, software and branding. You may use outputs for your business subject to these terms and any rights in the underlying source material. AI outputs may be similar to those provided to others; we do not guarantee exclusivity or intellectual-property protection.
Google authentication, Stripe payments and linked third-party sites are subject to their own applicable terms. We do not control third-party content or guarantee that sources or providers will remain available.
7. Availability, suspension and ending use
We may maintain, update, limit or discontinue features. We may restrict access to address abuse, nonpayment, security threats or legal requirements. Where practicable, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact us. No uptime, response-time or outcome guarantee applies unless separately agreed in writing.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting support. Cancel paid subscriptions separately through billing or support. Data retention and shared-workspace records are addressed in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that reasonably need to continue after termination, including payment obligations already incurred, ownership and liability provisions, continue to apply.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service and outputs are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. They are not legal, financial, compliance or professional inspection advice. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether to contact, purchase from or transact with another business.
To the extent permitted by law, IntelFactor is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities or decisions based on unverified AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.
9. Changes, applicable law and contact
We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes where required. The effective date above identifies the current terms. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law protects.
These terms are governed by California law, except where mandatory law applicable to you requires otherwise. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights is imposed by these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
